Questions
Commercial FAQs
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes. Offices, retail tenancies, accommodation, hospitality venues and other commercial facilities. We can attend multiple wet areas across a site or across several sites, and provide a consolidated scope and quotation.
Where work needs to happen outside trading hours or around a site induction process, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will build that into the quotation.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. Every job is quoted in writing before work begins, with the scope set out line by line so you know exactly what is and is not included.
Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Do I need an inspection?
For straightforward regrouting, clear photographs and measurements are often enough for us to quote accurately.
For a leak, an inspection is usually the right call. Identifying where water is actually getting through is what determines whether a non-invasive repair is appropriate, and that is difficult to establish from photos alone.
