How we work

Straightforward, and Respectful of the Home

Work often happens in an occupied home, sometimes in the one bathroom the household has. We plan around that: a clear arrival window, the area protected before we start, dust controlled, and a realistic answer about when the shower can be used again.

Quotes are written so they can be reviewed and approved by whoever needs to see them, a participant, a family member, a support coordinator or a plan manager.

We only ask for the information we need to understand and price the property work. We do not ask for diagnosis, health or medical information, and you should not send it.

Questions

Related FAQs

Do you work with NDIS participants?

We can assist eligible NDIS participants, support coordinators and plan managers with bathroom and wet-area maintenance where the work relates to the participant’s approved supports and funding arrangements.

Eligibility for payment through NDIS funding depends on the participant’s individual plan and funding arrangements. Please confirm funding eligibility with your plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIA.

Do you provide written quotes?

Yes. Every job is quoted in writing before work begins, with the scope set out line by line so you know exactly what is and is not included.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Do I need an inspection?

For straightforward regrouting, clear photographs and measurements are often enough for us to quote accurately.

For a leak, an inspection is usually the right call. Identifying where water is actually getting through is what determines whether a non-invasive repair is appropriate, and that is difficult to establish from photos alone.
